Guarantee
All our computers are guaranteed.
We have throughly tested every machine before it leaves our showroom.
As
a minimum all used machines will be covered by a 30 days
parts and labour guarantee. Many are covered by manufacturers
warranties ranging from six to twelve months.
We are always happy to assist over the phone at no charge regardless of
warranty state if you require it.
Work
done for you
Unlike
new computers you
do not have to spend hours setting up, removing trial software,
uninstalling software that you will never use and downloading lots of
updates,
our used computers have had all the hard work done for you, Plug in and
start enjoying it.
Ex
lease, factory seconds and demonstration models
Our used machines are either
Ex lease:
Usually 18 months to two years old.They have been returned after the
expiry of a corporate lease, defects if any have been rectified.
Factory
seconds:
These may have some slight cosmetic imperfections but usually are hard
to tell form new. Some may have had a fault which has been rectified by
the manufacturer.
Demonstration models:
These may have been used by the manufacturer or retailer to display the
product, many have seen very little use if any.
Re boxed:
These have not been sold to customers at any point, the boxes may have
been opened at some point for testing purposes.
Repair
service
At
As New Computers we have qualified technicians ready to assist with any
issues you may have be they Virus removal, upgrades or software and
hardware issues. We endeavor to have the PC back to you the following
day and our rates are very cost effective.
